I just bought a Ukulele from eBay . It arrived last week. It is an Oscar Schmidt OU5 Deluxe concert size ukulele. It is very nice and absolutely in mint condition. The tuning was a bit off so I. tuned it to the standard GCEA tuning. I think I must have tuned it an entire octave too low. The strings were loose and the ukulele sounded quite bad. A day later I tried tightening the tuners again and tuned it correctly, finally! Believe me it sounded really really good. It is true what they say about ukulele, it is a lot easier to play than a guitar. I was able to come up with some tunes via strumming and following some simple chord progression. The standard chord progression I played was C, F and G7. It did not sound that bad.
